Our experience as a manufacturer of new turbine equipment is unparalleled on the West Coast of North America with our ability to fabricate, machine, assemble and test all styles of turbine including Francis, Kaplan and Pelton turbines, inclusive of all of the mechanical components to provide a fully assembled and tested unit.

We also excel in the repair and refurbishment of existing turbine equipment and provide specialized machinery and experience to perform all the functions necessary for a successful shop refurbishment to bring the components back to OEM condition.
Examples of repaired components are:
- Head cover and bottom rings, new seal rings, line bore and install bushings, conversion to self lube bearing systems
- Wicket gates – weld build up contact surfaces, remove bushings and sleeves, re-machine, install new sleeves, machine to OEM sizes and coating per project specifications
- Turbine Runners – crack detection, cavitation repair, machining, dynamic balancing
- Servomotors - overhaul, re-machine & test
- Valves - overhaul, re-machine, assemble and test
