At our 240,000 sq. ft. facility in Richmond we manufacture and repair a multitude of components for both land based refinery operations as well as offshore and sub sea installations.

Onshore

We have extensive experience in the fabrication, machining, assembly and testing of onshore based products and components such as:

• Pressure vessels, including a 12’ high x 185’ long process tower

Offshore

Lower Bearing Assembly for Floating Production Storage & Offloading Vessel (FPSO)

In the highly specialized and tightly regulated offshore oil and gas industry, we have been a supplier of key components and equipment working to the strictest of standards and specifications. Our industry experience includes:

• The manufacture of oil production swivels used in Offshore Production Buoy’s and Floating Production Storage and Offloading Vessels (FPSO’s)
• High pressure swivels
• Key components for turret mounted swivel systems such as 36” diameter coupler pins complete with Inconel 625 strip overlay.
• Well head cellar for deep sea exploration

Many of our projects are approved, governed and certified by third party international certification agencies such as Lloyd’s, ABS, DNV, BV and others.
