Overview:
Ebco's Heavy Fabrication division has a well earned reputation for its ability to provide large scale manufacturing services to primary and secondary industries, including mining & aggregate, pulp and paper, power generation, oil, gas and petro-chemical, aerospace, defense and nuclear. The division excels in meeting a demanding variety of customer requirements in manufacturing custom and prototype equipment, as well as repairing and refurbishing existing equipment.

Quality assurance:
High quality performance is maintained at every stage of fabrication and welding. The division's Quality Assurance system meets or exceeds our Accreditations listed.
Certification:
Inspectors are certified to ASNT level II for liquid dye penetrate, magnetic particle and ultrasonic nondestructive testing. Inspectors are also AWS & CWB certified and are responsible for supervision of sub-contracted radiographic inspections of welds. Optical layout and verification, tool calibrations and certifications are other functions routinely carried out.
